this was wat i was thinkin about last nite when i was reading up for my Leadership paper today :P

The Whole Brain Theory says that our brains are "separated" into 4 quadrants: A,B,C and D
each quadrant represents a different thinking mode:-
A: Analytical thinking
B: Sequential thinking
C: Interpersonal thinking
D: Imaginative thinking

and this Theory is founded by none other than William Hermann (get it? Hermann... Her Man! *teehee*)

maybe someday i should name my son Mye-Mann! to give him the perfect name.. i'll marry a guy with the surname "So" the full name of my son will be...

my midterms ENDED!!! WOOHOO!!! i so felt like singin out loud (like how they do in broadways) when i was walking out of my college... but then i realise the sky was pretty dark.. so didnt dare risk it la :P

i have 24 hours to celebrate my temporarily found freedom (ROAR! assignments are due in 10 days time... ROAR!!!)
cant wait for 4pm! :D

Uno Stacko #Dos

hehe! Korean mafia was kinda boring for us... so we decided to play Uno Stacko AGAIN this Friday! :P

but this time, we did it with a TWIST, literally!

as u can see... the blocks are just supported by 1 block per level at the bottom...

*deng deng deng*
it was pretty scary cause each time it's someones turn to take a block... the stack will just move!
nonetheless... many managed to pass successfully :D

HOWEVER!
at times when the stack shook a lil TOO much...

everyone would rush to its aid...

and the game goes on...

when the stack is deemed stable =)

lalala...
it seemed kinda easy for yee wei...

but after him... it was MY turn!
last week i wasnt in any of the pics neither the vid... cause i managed to clear my turn easily..
BUT!!! this time... DIE!!!

thankfully, after all the sweat and tears... ("tears" was included to add to the dramatic effect la :P) i managed to pass too! *PHEW*!

THEN! it was Viv's turn...




i thot the game would have went on... BUT! rite after this pic... (it was still Viv's turn btw)

the stack finally came crashing down!

ha! so once again... it was Viv that brought the house dowN!

and we moved on to praise and worship.

then our ice breaker session started! (we were playing b4 this to warm up.. oh the kiasuness :P)

the 3rd ended pretty quick cause Foo made a blunder *lalala*

ROUND 4! this time i decided to whip out my cam to have something to blog about in the cell blog.. but then i malas to go there to blog.. so... :P)


this was where the tension started. as u can see in the vid i took. it's kinda dark tho.. :D

stopped the recording cause i overestimated my cellies... they took SUPER long to get 1 block out! and i UNDERESTIMATED them too! cause many managed to pass... as shown below...

Are kids really getting smarter these days?
having 7 of them in my house gave me a VARIETY of kids... among 4 that are schooling (kindergarten to be specific)... 1 can be brilliant in his comprehension and command of 3 different languages (Eng, BM and Chinese).. whereas the other 3... hmm... assisting them in their homework is what i call CHALLENGING!

Stubbornness, Distractions and Playfulness (on the kids side); Countless repititions and Frustration... add them all up and you get

the story goes like this... daddy was teaching 1 of the boys reading... alphabets... like A for Apple.. B for Ball... ladilada... P! now what's P for? Pen? Pea? Peace... BUT somehow... the boy wouldn't register that P is for Pen (or whatever was in his book) he would just give my dad the BLUR stare... bite his lips... As if he's trying SO hard... but his eyes are actually roaming around the room... (showing that he aint concentrating) so Poor daddy... got so frustrated and said.. YUP! that's what he said...
