As i've mentioned, i watched Spidey man today with my cellies!!! (altho we looked jakun-fied taking a pic in of all the places... IOI Mall!!! but anything for my blog readers! ;) )

today's revision was exceptionally emo-fyin... cause i was home ALONE... without my HANDPHONE!!! (it rhymes :D) i had no one to talk to... all i could do was talk to Him... it did help... cause if i just bottled my emo-ness up... i would have stabbed any living thing that crossed my path *MUAHAHAHAHAHA* oops! got too carried away :P

dad came home bout 10 or 11 (SEE!!! i'm so burried by books that i even forgot bout TIME! :( ) and i with my very manja-ness... i went... "PA... i'm goin CRAZY!!! i didnt have any1 to talk to!!!" then he said... "ya.. and no hp to play with rite??" so he gave me his hp and said "NAH... Faster sms ur fren..." *bright smiles* DADDY LOVES ME!

so i msgd em to whine :D
and she called me! *teehee* we had a short convo over the phone... den we decided to do what we do BEST! SNACK!!! *muahahahaha* (that was before 12... now as i type... my stomach is calling out again... FEED ME FEED ME!!! :D)

i cooled down for awhile... and continued studyin... AIH... page by page i conquered... the clock strucked 12.30 am... FINALLY!!! 1 chapter down for the day!!! *woOOooHoOoOooo*

3 chaps down for Macro, 1 more to go... and a COMPLETE revision of all 4 chaps... AND LOTS of idioms to memorize for my English paper... AND to read up for ANTHROPOLOGY!!!!

As mentioned in the previous post... mommy went to Ipoh... ALONE!!! somehow i have this thing bout my parents travelling long distance or late at nights... see... they are not getting any younger and our society is getting worse! (of course i know angels are with them as they travel... but precautions have to be taken ma...)

so... i decided to let mommy use my hp (i contemplated for MANY hours k) it's not an easy decision... cause now i feel part of me's MISSING!!!

but then again... i can hear mommy's voice and know she's safe... so 3 days without a hp is worth it after all! (and since i'll be stucked at home... burried in books... I WILL SURVIVE!!! :D)

today the TANs went to KL to send mommy Tan off to Ipoh (i'll miss my mommy!! :'( )

and it is today that i realised i've taken my acting skills to the next level!! *muahahaha*

In sequence, i had raw fish and porridge for breakfast; after droppin mom off at the bus station, went with daddy Tan to Citibank to settle his credit card stuffs (PRAISE THE LORD daddy cleared all his card bills! =) ) in the course of waiting for daddy, ah-boy Tan and ah-girl Tan (aka ME) went to San Francisco Coffee to drink... COFFEE la... :P bro paid! *muahahaha* so yes... i had ice blended mocha... usually u can chew the ice chips in the drink... BUT!!! the one from SFC... only had ice POWDER!!! it was pathetic! so my advice... drink Starbucks! *wakakaka* (Starbucks should pay me for this! :P)

anyways... i have a history of stomach discomfort after drinkin coffee... (looking at the title of this post and what i've just mentioned.... can u see where's this leading to?? *blushes*)

aik! i forgot to write bout the storyline for both plays...
so ere they are!

Group 1 (Felix's group)
They did a Fairytale sort of thing about Romeo and Juliet with 4 Disney princesses as bitchy girls which were also in love with Romeo... The father of Juliet, some King... wanted to search for his daughter a prince to wed her... then came Juliet's evil uncle that wants to marry her. (i have no idea why... but Juliet was upset bout the idea of marryin her evil uncle even when her DAD-the king did NOT promise to wed Juliet to her uncle -.-) anyways... in tears.. Juliet ran out into the garden or someplace la.. it was there that she met Romeo... it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!

Romeo and his mom went to propose to the King, however, he refused. The King had already chosen Prince Charming to be Juliet's fiancee.

Meanwhile the B girls got envious towards Juliet. Hence, they went to the Witchdoctor to get a spell cast upon Romeo that he may fall in love with either one of them instead of Juliet.

Juliet on the other hand had no love for Prince Charming for her heart was already stolen by Romeo. But evil Charming wanted to marry Juliet so he can inherit her father's kingdom. So he decided to bring her for clubbing and spike her drink!! Thank goodness Romeo came to Juliet's rescue.

And for saving his daughter's life and dignity, the King gave Romeo Juliet's hand in marriage. (see... it would have been a perfect fairytale despite the not so good acting IF the story ended here with a "AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER" but no... they decided to give it a twist! -.-")

The Witchdoctor's spell finally worked! After the night of their wedding, Romeo woke up to find a different Juliet. Juliet couldnt believe what Romeo was saying so she went to the mirror and her heart broke when she saw herself now... JOE-liet (a man la)

-the end- (The ending was somehow just... too soft... it didnt leave any impression on me... the whole play was scattered and messed up... so i was kinda disappointed)

Now for Group 2 (Wern Sern's group)
The story was about a group of students from all over the world, coming together to learn English. Conflicts arose when the different cultures started to clash. The Indians werent happy with the Pakistans, vice versa..

There was a she-male that was constantly hitting on the male students and the lecturer...

1 of the students was obssessed with women and porn... he flirted with every girl in the class...
at the end of the day... he even had a great time with the she-male... *yucks*

I guess the climax was the Ball they had... there were 2 groups of dancers, the traditional bengali group and the Hip Hop group. Both were competing against each other till the lecturer had to give them a pep talk to break them up and get them to reconcile.
Everyone went into pairs, they danced and one guy confessed his love for a fellow student (a girl la)

-the end- i think this ending was even more disappointing cause the beginning of the play was good. It was humorous, the crowd was havin fun, i was havin fun! I guess i expected for a bang... well who wouldnt? but sadly, the ending just led the crowd to no where... :(

Love and Pain

no... this aint about "Love Hurts"... this is about feeling Loved and Pain on the same day!

Mommy made spaghetti FINALLY!! it's been ages since i last ate spaghetti and so i bugged my mom about it for the past week! :P
Mommy also made white fungus herbal tea!! (the chinese name sounds better la :P) it's shweeeeet!

i have no idea why... i woke up with scratches on my left arm... it's at the joint part!! (which i dunno or forgot what it's called *blushes*) only found out when i was brushing my teeth... the water dripped down my arm and... PEDIH!!!!
and 1 more thing... i had this weird dream... was kinda upset about it. Usually i can tell myself that i'm dreaming... but this time... it seemed so real! This is 1 dream that i wish WONT come true =/

It's been 6 months since we the Fairytale Makers did our magic!

today as Joy and i sat at the very same hall where MAGIC took place... reminiscence of the good ol' days were just SWEEEEEEEEEET!

We stayed back in college for the Public Speakin Play of the students of the Spring Sem. here is the brief review for those of you that didnt make it la =)

Publicity: *oops*

Storyline: *oops* both groups left the audience hanging... joy and i were like... "that's it?"

Lighting: *oops*

Props: *oops*

Coordination: *oops*

Script: Group 1 (G1)--> *oops* G2--> *smiles* was better because their lines seemed very much impromptu and they had more pervasive jokes which made the crowd laugh

Characters: G1--> *oops* mainly cause the group members were rather soft spoken and they weren't exactly into character... G2--> *smiles* Amu (however his name is spelled :P) was THE MAN!!! he acted as a she-male that was hitting on EVERY guy in the play, dressed in Sari and a real bra! He was the BOMB of the play! the rest played their parts well too... guess they were just being themselves la :P *G2 had an advantage of having more seniors and more outspoken ppl in their group. Hence the ability to perform better =)

Crowd: *oops* this time around... for the lecturers' side only Ms Padma and Ms Yusnita showed up... and that's for the 2nd play... no sign of parents... the crowd wasnt dead... but neither were they supportive! some jeered at the play, making fun of it! i think it's very childish of them to do so... i mean if u are a spectator, just watch and appreciate it! if it's funny then cheer along... but dont ask stupid questions and give lame comments!

i guess that's about it la... so...

overall: i would say... that the BENCHMARK was left UNTOUCHED :P

PREMIER

In about less than 10 hours, will be the Premier of... *drum rolls*

err... actually tomorrow will be the ONLY time 6 Petals of Rose will be hitting the screens la.. and not some GSC or TGV screen... but the PATHETIC screen of SCSJ's THEATER HALL!!! WOOHOOO!!!! aihz.... :P

but since it's a production of my sweeties- sab n yue... and i'm IN IT! (i'm tryin to ignore the fact that the BUDAK TAK GUNA KC did NOT put my face in the poster!!! his excuse? "we should have took a pic with you in it..." well... LIKE DUH!!!! but NO.... no one would wanna listen to the DOT!!! HMPH! breathe Dot breathe!!!) i shall go support them! :D

i'm not sure on how the production will be like... cause i didnt exactly like my own acting in this movie... for the same reason... it's just NOT me! :P but i still wish it the BEST!! =)

i have a friend that has not been feeling well for many years... so i made it a point in my heart that i will offer to pray for her, and so i did! Today, she told me that she's not having her pains anymore!!!

...ever had that moment when u wanna scream but nothing comes out?? i had that moment 2 hours ago...

i went for a haircut, just to trim my hair back to its original happening shape... (mom said no need to go back to the hairstylist.. it's expensive and all i needed was a trim... so being the OBEDIENT child i AM, i said ok...) went to some instant hair saloon in Carrefour.
paid the machine, sat down and told the lady i want my hair 2 inches shorter. So she started snipping away... everything was fine...

Until! DISASTER struck when she slided the comb to my fringe and SNIP!!! she gave it a STRAIGHT CUT!!! my pupils enlarged and so did my eyes, my sleepy face turned to one in SHOCK as i recalled my stylist's words... "your fringe should be parallel to your side burn" (can you feel my pain?)

i never really had an opinion bout how the stylists cut my hair until NOW!! i knew i had to do something!!! cause she started combing my fringe to the front... you know.. the coconut style... i was like NO!!! ENOUGH! dont cut my fringe anymore!

the back and all still looks good... just the VERY OBVIOUS fringe of mine that went wrong... :(
but i think my wax will do me good... i HOPE! :)

got out of bed at 1 (dont hate me for this k... i had a long week!) then sat in front of me com... tried to get the video u guys saw posted on my blog... and... (now pls hold your jaws... so it doesnt drop to the floor again :P)
i washed the toilet! *teehee* it's one thing that i've not been doin for a LONG time due to my busy-ness. So yea... got it washed up! it's WHITY-CLEAN now! (not "sparkling" cause i'm being realistic.. i dont have diamonds nor gold in my toilet, just white tiles on the walls and blue ones for the floor :P)

having rushed to meet datelines and now having close to NOTHING better to do... feels kinda de-motivating... but no worries, i will find something to fill my time... like STUDYIN!! *aik* must get my clock right!!

I have indeed been swimming in a pool of stress for the past month, datelines were banging on my door everyday! But i still found the time to have fun and not wallow in self pity...Like a pool... there were different depths of stress that i swam through.

I'm thankful i survived the past month but the past week really drained and nearly drowned me. Sleepless nites, a bad throat, migraines...

It's just a matter of time that i will reach the other end of this pool... i know there's a distance between us but nonetheless You were there by the pool, my Life Guard; always on the look out for me to make sure i aint drowning. I have come thus far because of You. Thank You.
