but u know wat?? i stopped using it for the past because i'm SO blessed to have ppl like JOEL to send me home!! ( n not forgetting Barney *just in case u still read me blog* :P)

Therefore... i wanna say a BIG THANK YOU to my faithful chauffeurs... i mean FRIENDS for fetching me home!! n tolerating my nonsense when i'm in the car.... tee hee! :P

And my wonderful fren that came all the way from Kota Kemuning to fetch me to coll n home sometimes... Ms tan yue mei! love ya! MUAX!

One day when i can FINALLY drive... SAFELY... hehehe... i promise to drive u guys around k!

tee hee... it's been awihle... again... :D but ppl bz ma... how to blog? :P

anyways...

thru out these few weeks i have learnt something new. (about me of course) i've learnt that no matter how serious a situation maybe... i'll end up laughing or doing something silly. :D

i didnt notice it til yue told me that somehow i'll end up saying something funny. hehehe...
i never liked serious situations. Especially when it feels fake. u know.. when every1 tries to fake being professional??? it's like.. halo! we're only 18 la! why must be so strict on urself? if u flop... just smile n say sorry la. how hard is that rite??

and then... i also learnt something new today... some weird ppl like to frown alot! imagine urself giving a speech or doin ur presentation... then u see this person frowning n folding his/her arms.. how polite is that?? n wen u smile to lighten things up... they just stare back and frown! oh well! i think there are 2 possibilities why these weird ppl act in such a way. 1... they are having a bad day... 2... they are too shallow to understand wat the speaker is speaking. i prefer the latter explanation... MUAHAHAHAHA! *the evil queen prevails!* :P

today.. i mean tonite.. after cell.. karen was so generous to treat us MAMAK!! yippee! (long time no go d..) So.. we went into elizabeth's car... and..

*picture this* 4 gals in 1 car.. 1 (me) sees a cockroach!!! (small 1 tho) starts screaming. 2nd gal (amanda) sees cockroach too!! screams along. two gals in front (emily and liz) joins the screaming frenzy even WITHOUT seeing the roach!! all 4 doors flung open as 4 gorgeous gals stepped out of the car gracefully *oops* got carried away.. wakakaka! but the four doors flung open la.. and we jumped out like... hmm... like any girl would after seeing a cockroach la :P

then came 2 of our heroes! the FOOs! hehehe.. Basil and Leeza!! according to leez, basil's afraid of roaches too! but somehow... he gathered his guts to check the car for us. HOWEVER... the cockroach was too fast for him. He couldnt catch it -.- oh well... at least he tried... unlike our hero wannabe! DANIEL! he walked towards our car when he saw us crowding outside the car.

Daniel: Why? what's wrong?
Amanda: Got cockroach in our car!!
Daniel: (turns around and walks back to nick's car)

Thank goodness for camera phones cuz they have flashlights. So i turned mine on thru out our journey to the mamak shop. No sign of the roach. *phew*

At the mamak shop... hmm.. that's an entire different story by itself! :P

On our way home.. we gave the roach a name.. IT! hehehe... but there was still no sign of IT tho.. :( liz should keep IT as her pet! muahahahaha! *not funny* cuz i hate roaches! EEW!! :D

hmm.. i was a lil... ok.. that's an under- statement... I was VERY upset! y?? let's just say... it's hard being a perfectionist.

But i thank my friends for being here for me. Namely my Queen Ms Sabrina Ch'ng! hehehe! thanks girl for "sayang-ing" me. :D It sucks that the 3 of us arent in a same group. But then again.. obstacles will come in our way but we'll cheer each other on ya! *hugs*

my popo came to visit me!! yipee! she's been ere since end of Sept. wat took me so long to blog bout her?? no time le... :P

this is how it all began...
My popo was sitting on the stairs... applying some medicine on her leg.. u noe la.. old ppl... always ere pain there pain... So there she was sitting... and ere i came... i wanted to go upstairs to the loo la.. kekeke. So wanting to be quick, i forgot to avoid her knee! hence, my knee knocked hers!! aihz.. even i felt the pain.. wat more my popo... the GUILT!!

i went to my grandma's (dad's side) house for dinner cuz my popo wanted to visit my grandma la... Once we reached home... aihz... i went down the car... n as usual.. close the car door lo.. BUT!! i didnt know my popo's fingers were there... so... need i say more?? *it's too painful for me to continue* btw... my popo's left middle finger turned PURPLE!! INSTANTLY!! so can u imagine now??? :S

so.. there u have it.. my popo's goin back on the 23rd of Oct... pls pray along that i dont hurt her anymore... :S my poor popo! *drops head in shame*

Remember i said i googled bout "crazy watches" early this morning?? hehe... these are the other weird stuffs i got which... i think have completely NOTHING to do with WATCHES....

Tazmanian Devil Phone! Adorable Taz moves wildly, growls and speaks when the phone rings, he cradles the handset in his mouth, demo button, redial, switchable ringer, tone/pulse option, volume control. The telephone base looks like it's "cracked" open by Taz where he's standing.

Interesting eh?? for a cartoon fan like me... kekeke I WANT!!! but i'd prefer a mickey mouse 1.. *hint* :P

Is Bigger Really Better?

Guess what??? My friends and i... and our pet (wahahahaha!) WALKED all the way from SEGi to MYDIN!!! It was crazy business k... cuz the distance was LONG!!! But me, the tau foo fa... made it alive!! (p/s allie: Tau Foo Fas ROCK!!) We had KFC 4 lunch *smiles brightly* Took some pics too! (check out Yue's blog for the pics k!)

Then we went to do what we went there to do... (is my grammar correct?? :P) We checked out the cheap ties Joel suggested.

As we were leaving, Yue took a pic of MALAYSIA'S BIGGEST TROLLEY. Why is it the biggest- something all the time?? Why cant it be the smallest?? The challenges faced to make something big are the materials, a place to construct it and money. BUT!!! If someone were to try makin MALAYSIA'S SMALLEST TROLLEY... now that will draw more attention dont u think so?? I dont know bout u guys... but i'll definitly take a closer look at it and wonder how was it made... the technology, the patience!! and of course the money also la... need i say more??

Satisfied...

Today is Sunday! I went for chuch service. Did attendance but i didnt stay for the sermon part which i regretted!!! I went back stage to do the props for my game stall. Speaking about that... Calling all those who have sibblings aged from 3-12. We're having Kids FUN ATTACK!! So haps hoh the name!! In my context i only see KIDS ATTACK!! (oh boy... :S) Anyway... kids from 3-12 can play games for FREE!! Interesting eh? But food must pay la. It's on this 31st (for some of you that come from another planet, it's Merdeka Day lo.. :P) from 9.30-3pm. In GTPJ (my church's premises) If you are interested let me know. I can give u directions :D

Why did i regret?
cuz... i tot the sermon will be the same as yesterday's.. BUT!! i heard the congregation laughing and some screaming! I guess ps Julie showwed them the "fear factor" challenge we had last Thursday which i didnt get to go watch cuz i had classes :( and now i missed the video!!! :'( but anyway.. sacrifices have to be made. ;)

Why am i satisfied?
Well... simple! the props turned out beautiful! It's got this medival look! I likeeee... :D It was tiring (some of you might say... "you do a lil oso tired 1 la.." But this a different case k! :P) We did a lil on Wed nite. But Jo didnt like it (actually i agree with her :P) So we decided to redo everything, which means start from scratch la... so we re wrapped the boxes with mahjong paper (i've learnt something new... Boys CANT wrap!! hehehe) Then Jay Sonn sprayed paint on the boxes. And i, with my very "keng" painting skills did wat i do best, MAKING A MESS!! :P dont mess k... it turned out pretty as i've said. I so want to live in that thing. hehehe! Then we waited for the paint to dry before stamping the windows.
Jo made a helicopter! but the propeller broke! aih... :P but she maneged to stick the thing together by poking a wire through it. :D And she brought a Chicken Little to decorate our building. (it was supposed to have this King Kong effect... but... hehehe!)

I do hope the children will like the game or at least come to our stall cuz the "building" is pretty :P Btw, we're doing Inflatable Croquet :D

Had a long Thursday

Public Speaking class was good. Liked the lecturer. But he made me feel guilty!! of?? watching tv... day dreaming... sleeping... But then again... i once read from somewhere n it said " Dream BIG!"
So in order to dream hoh... must SLEEP 1st rite?? :P *blushes* I do hope i can improve not only on public speaking but in my communication skills in general... so i dont blush all the time *blushes* :P

Was kinda hungry after class n i had a craving 4 ICE CREAM!!! now my cafe sells cornetto d!! so haps rite?? so i bought 1 and Yue bought the lime with vanilla... n we MAKAN!! hehehe! speaking bout cornetto (actually i'm not sure if the spelling is correct but who cares?? :P) remember the pillow i won??

TA-DA!! (it's very nice to hug)

Now where was i?? *scrolls back up* oh ya!

After makaning ice cream, i went 4 CF. Fuiyo!!! stress! cuz i had to do word :S Altho i was exposed to such a task... but i told ya i'm SHY!! (altho no 1 believes me when i say that... *drops head* AIH... :P) so in front of new crowd ar... i dont really look serious lo.. hehehe... now must test dynamics 1st... later u all kena! wakakakka! *oops* Shared on Faith... At least this time i didnt do much of the talking la.. must give chance n let other ppl talk ma :P

Then immediately after CF, i had to go to church 4 CAMPUS TOWN!! (wat dat??) let me explain... it's a place where students can hang out after college or in between classes. It's located 1 floor above my church office. They have this cozy corner where there are BIG pillows... it looked nice... but after the event, when ppl started goin in... (they had to take off their shoes) My imaginations started kicking in!! c... the place is air conditioned ma... so wat haps when u take off ur shoes?? It STINKS!! but den ar... i was quite far from the shoes.. so i didnt smell anything la.. *phew* so yea.. on 2nd tots.. it wont be that cozy anymore if got smelly shoes arnd. They even have a SALOON!!! keng le... den the usual cafe... pool table, ping pong table.. library.. oh ya!! got JAMMING ROOM oso! not bad le...

They played Ice Breakers... 1st 1 was Human Bingo. Dr Yap, the host of the nite won the game. (quite the sweat i know) Speaking about Dr Yap, she's not a physician. She'a a lecturer in UTAR. So yea.. she attends the chinese service my mom goes to. So my mom told me bout Dr. Yap. As my mom spoke, i pictured Dr. Yap as this 50 yr old woman, with short permed hair, wearing round glasses with a golden frame and a white cloak... hehehe... my imaginations keng le... :P So when i was therem i asked Karen, my church leader "Where is Dr. Yap?" And she pointed towards a young lady, most prob in her 30's, with straightened hair, wearing quite the hip clothes. She looked so simple n friendly! I was like.... *speechless*....

So back to Human Bingo. One of the categories was " i can do the limbo" To our surprise, there was this guy that actually won a mini limbo competition in a reality show on NTV 7. "How Low Can He Go??" was the question we asked. BOY was it LOW!! The guys holding the stick had to squat down.. so i guess the stick was about knee length la... that's super keng d!! Then another category, "i can put EIGHT sausages into my mouth" Technically it wasnt stated that he/she has to put all 8 into his/her mouth at 1 go la... but this guy that signed the category... he said ah... and stuffed ALL the sausages into his mouth!!!! Another Super Keng guy!

I had a great laugh. And the night didtn just end... Dr. Yap came up and gave a short speech. I was totally amazed by her. She could just start speaking bout Jesus without having to fear. And i definitly believe that there must be Pre-Christians in the crowd. And most of all, those that came were her students. Not only can they gel amongst themselves, they respected Dr. Yap. They sat and gave full attention to her while she was talking. And after the event, they took pics with her. I wont want to take a pic with my lect/teacher unless i really respect him/her.

I bet she really touched the hearts of those young ppl in UTAR. The main reason she wanted to start Campus Town was cause she wanted her students to have a place to rest and a healthy hang out place for them. She said on that nite " It makes me happy when i see my students happy" Such a dedicated lecturer. She must be more than a lecturer to them. I believe to them, she's their friend. (BOY! this reminds me of Mr. Zainal. My prefect teacher advisor. We were buddies... hehehe)

I do wish I could impact the lives of the ppl around me as Dr. Yap has. I cant do this on my own cuz i know when dealing with ppl is concerned, problems are bound to tag along. So i'll need Your help n Your Agape Love.
