was my Friday really good?
well... woke up very early this morning... went to coll at 9.30, went to com lab to do my assignment, did a shooting which wasnt very fruitful cuz we didnt manage to get all the shots done... then went home... i didnt get to nap cuz i had to count my survey forms and draw graphs... that's NO good...
BUT!! i managed to finish my very annoying assignment!!! and i didnt get a migrane after that! so that's VERY GOOD!!!

i just love the sense of accomplishment after finishing a long assignment! altho this time i'm not confident with my marks... cuz i've got a fickle minded lecturer... but i FINISHED his assignment! and i endured the nonsensical fact that i wasnt taught how to use the APA format... but yet was forced to use it...

so... dear God, i now lift my assignment into Your hands! may You let my lecturer find favor in my paper! In Jesus name i pray, AMEN!

oh ya! i think i mentioned bout posting up the good news bout my results... it was just my mid terms la.. so dont know if can get A for the subject... thus far.. for the papers i sat for in my mid terms...

Macro class was at 2 today and we didnt have Anthro class after that so i could go home at 5!!! *yahoo!!* but...
Today, uncle SUNny decided to take a nap at 2pm... n he OVERSLEPT!!! leaving no one to play with baby CLOUDia. So, she called her fren WINDie to come over and play... Meanwhile, THUNDERo was jamming in his room, causing a deafening sound. But that didnt stop LIGHTNING-ben from practicing his dashes. Auntie RAINie was on her way back from another town...

to scrap the lame story... it RAINED la!! it's not the kind of drizzle caused by my ever-so-beautiful singing... this time, it rained CATS and DOGS!

joy n i had to change our plans... no more jalan-jalan in summit and no more soya.. i was STARVING! thank God daddy was at the brigde, i can go home! but the problem is.... how can i get from my coll, into chemmy's car, out of her car, into my dad's car, out of daddy's car and into my house WITHOUT getting wet???? it is I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E!!

But God is ever faithful even when we dont think of Him and i'm ever greatful for Him!!

Daddy called me just before i tried my stunt (to get into Chemmy's car without getting wet) Guess what he said??? well.. he said many things la... but i shall cut it short for you... he said: "i'll come to your college to fetch you la"

can i be a lil dramatic this time?? wait... it's my blog! so y am i asking? :P

Monday Blues?

Woke up at 9 today (my usual record is 9.30 and class is at 10! *oops*) had a slight headache cause i slept at 3 last nite!! (got too carried away writing my essay :P) bathed and got ready for college, went downstairs and i saw MANY mugs filled with yellow liquid!!! i was like "NOT AGAIN???" but since i didnt sleep well.. n the drink helps soothe the body... i obediently took the bottle which was for me n said "thanks mom!" BUT!!! before closing the bottle tight (it was still steaming when i took the bottle) i sniffed something SWEET!!! it wasnt the bitter goat heart beard tea!!! it was CANE!!! one of my favs! *yahoo!!* then my mom slumberly said... "i also didnt say that it was the bitter tea... (hmm... my mommy is getting naughtier!!! ><)

I was ON TIME for class! *muahahahaha*

English class was light and easy today, we had to search for idioms. the process was AS EASY AS PIE (an idiom joy and i found today.. it means EASY!) thanks to TECHNOLOGY!!! :D

Lunch was a mistake... had Wrapz... NOT FILLING 1!!! :( yue n i were curling up in com class cuz we were HUNGRY!! (we underestimated our stomachs! :D)

After lunch was suit up time into Dr. Grey for the shooting! shooting was smooth today altho we couldnt get the lightings... (if we have to do today's scenes again... Mr VJ is gonna PAY! *muahahahaha*)

in the midst of changing scenes... CAM WHORE TIME! :P

It's All Coming Back to Me =)

Besides being the Queen of Drama-land and the SS Queen, i shall be the Queen of Procrastination too! *blushes*
it's been almost a month since my anthro lecturer gave us the instructions for our final project... it's due this comin SAT!!! and i'm just starting!!! *sobbs*
first i got my survey form done... which took me like the WHOLE night! cause i'm an ECO FRIENDLY person, i wanna save trees! (i fit 2 survey forms into 1 A4 paper :D keng le?? :P) i've whined about this so i shall move on to my ESSAY report which is 2000-2500 words long!!! SAVE ME!!!

see... when i write... i must FEEEEEL what i'm writing... like so PRO only rite?? (actually i consider myself quite pro la... *wakakakaka* i can sense some friends of mine shouting "STAB ME" right about... NOW! *teehee*) so yea... my essays must be bang bang all the way! if not i will correct it again and again..

for this particular essay... which is an open topic and i have decided to write on Utilitarianism... (i cant seem to link utilitarianism and happiness *altho the 2 ARE LINKED* and make it sound cultural cause Utilitarianism is a topic discussed in ETHICS!)

it took me like 3 days to figure how to connect the two... make it sound cultural... n BANG all the way... BUT... my brains werent exactly functioning!! *how irritating* it got me so frustrated that i couldnt even smile! (no one noticed cuz i am at home but i felt terrible) it was as if i lost my touch! :( upset.. i went upstairs...

somehow, i decided to just go with HAPPINESS cause my survey was about happiness =) and happiness is an emotion of HUMANS; cultural anthropology is a study of HUMAN beings (see the connection? :D)

Now altho i'm not done with my essay... cuz i just found out the solution like half an hour ago... but at least i'm on track! and i can feel the passion coming back into my essay! (altho i didnt really pray for the inspiration, but i know You were there giving me the ideas; thank You!)

Heart Ache

Aint she adorable? Didnt take me long to take a pic of her smiling =)
but as i played with her, i felt like crying cuz her voice was so coarse after the shouting she made for the pass months! i'm afraid she mite not be able to speak when she grows up... my parents said "it's ok.. they'll eventually get their voice back..." but she's so young! what if she damages the thingy that vibrates when one speaks? (i dont know what's that called)

I'm praying that she'll get her voice back.. do pray along ya =)

my friends will so kill me if they see the title of this post but i'm gonna post it anyways! :P

shooting was cancelled cuz they couldnt get the lighting so... i didnt have to go to college! *yippee* then last nite carol called and said we can get our SPM certs... since i'm free... it's Tour USJ 4 again!

dad was so cute.... he asked me if anyone's fetching me... (my school is literally a STONE's THROW AWAY from my house) so i said no. but me being the ever lazy me *blushes* i asked him "why you ask? you wanna fetch me *notti grin*?" then daddy grinned back and said "no" *pouts* but mom was the best! she asked dad to walk me to school and see that i enter the school safely :D *muahahahaha* guess what happened next? dad got up... walked to the grill and said... "i fetch u there la" MUAHAHAHAHAHA! it was jammed outside my school but dad didnt complain cuz i prewarned him that it will be jammed and he said NEVERMIND! (for the 1st time in history!!! :P)

so back to my antics... i was first to arrive despite leaving my house late... *lalala* (i must seriously work on my time management!) like i've mentioned... SPM cert... (SPM results was like A YEAR ago!!) but anyways it's just a piece of paper la..

my very CHALLENGING lecturer gave us a final project (i aint gonna mention which subject... cuz no point mentioning names la huh? :P) and he mentioned SURVEYS... now all my friends are conducting surveys... so... due to PEER PRESSURE! and KIASU-NESS!! :D i have decided to make my own survey too!

my printer is out of ink since what? the PAST CENTURY?? (n my bro aint refillin it!!!) n i'm not goin to college tomorrow.. so i wont get to print and photpcopy my survey forms!!! ARGH! but none the less... thanks to msn! (for once msn's useful and it didnt fail me!) i sent the forms to my friends and got them to fill in the forms for me :D

with that... i also realised.. that i dont have much guys on my contacts' list!! FAIL! *lalala* well.. got la.. but they're not online... *DOUBLE FAIL!* aihz...

however, i came across something rather amusing... MR CHANG WERN SERN couldnt find the '/' button! so he used a 'y' to tick the boxes! HAHAHAHA! (well... it mite be normal to some of you.. but i found it FUNNY la :P)

it's 12.21 am now and i'm sitting in front of the computer, beside a stand fan waiting for my hair to dry... i'm supposed to be doin my macro econs' assignment... but then i found out that... we DONT HAVE any assignments for the chapter we learnt last week! and NEITHER do we have any quiz on tuesday!!! *woohooooo!!!* so ere i am... BLOGGIN! *teehee*

just came back from a PARTY (in the presence of the Lord of course :P) but i will blog about it later because i forgot to take a pic of the shirt i bought and i'm lazy to go upstairs :P

anyways... (i realise i use this word all the time... but cant help it cuz it's the only word that i can think of that links 1 thing with another thing which commpletely DOES NOT link! arent i a GENIUS?? :P)

another sleepy-ing day!! but i believed yue would agree with me that we had the sense of accomplishment! :D

woke up at 7.15 to go for my EIGHT AM anthropology class on a SATURDAY!!! ARGH!!! was late again... *blushes* then had QUIZ!!! i knew about it la.. that's why was studying the past few nights... got not bad results for it. but that was about it.. nothing special ever happened/ happens in anthro class... unless some1 farted la... then i would laugh! the lecturer's a bore! anyways.. enough of sad stuffs! now for the fun ones!

we had our community day today in college! boy was the emcee ANNOYING!! he talked non stopped! and it's not like he had the manly kinda voice that will make u go Ga-ga! *FAIL!*

our in-the-process-of-being-happening Leo Club sold Dunkin Donuts and Float. it was super duper tiring!!! did i mention that we sold FIVE HUNDRED donuts?? from 11am-5pm! our backs were stiffed and my heel hurt! dont even know its cause :( but yes! we sold ALL 500 donuts!!! :D the floats didnt really sell well cause the weather was exceptionally COOLING, it even RAINED! -.-"

the tiredness was in the end rewarded cause our donuts were SOLD OUT and we managed to cover cost and make a profit! =)

Today was really sleepy-ing for me cuz last nite i slept at 3!!! (not that i was partying... i was STUDYING!!! :( ) and i woke up late this morning! was supposed to go to college at 10 for a movie shooting for my sweeties' movie class... (i'm sorry for being late!)

got to college, did my make up (just the eyes la :D) oh ya! i'm acting as a PSYCHOLOGIST!!! my dream profession! HOWEVER!!! the dot has never acted as a professional before! my acting experience...

*just in case u didnt realise... out of the 5 times i acted... 3 were evil characters! n the other 2 CARTOON characters! so mana ada PROFESSIONAL le?? *STRESS!!*
and i realised that professionals DO NOT show any signs of disgust neither much facial expressions when they speak to... ANYBODY! (unless their own family & friends la) and i've gotta talk to 5 psychos! DOUBLE STRESS!

u should see the ammount of retakes we had to do just for me to walk professionally into the room *blushes*

but none the less it was FUN! cuz i've got a passion for acting! and since i'm a PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST wannabe... this is a good training ground for me- to look professional and not arrogant *teehee* not easy k! :P

so i really thank my sweeties for including me into their movie! by the way... it's called 6 petals of Rose. it's not my production hence i will not say much about it... u go figure what the storyline's all about la! :P

that was the BEGINNING of my day!!! went home with my Garfield eyes (-.-) and found out something shocking...

my friend Zack got into an accident!! He was cycling and he decided to cross the road behind a bus! (not very smart of him) guess he didnt see the taxi comin... n he got knocked! His skull fractured, his brains bled and he had blood clots in his brains! my heart dropped when i heard the news cuz he was such a young boy!! bout form 2 or 3 only! and i practically saw him grew up! i thank God He answers prayers. the doctor said Zack would be fine after the operation. now he's still in the ICU.

cant remember if i blogged bout me being satisfied even for small little things that happen in my daily life... anyways... today i had 1 of those moments that made me know i was the most blessed girl on Earth!

i was bathing and this feeling just came... i felt like eating longan tau fu fah!!!

usually i make them (cuz i understand mommy's very busy :D) but i'm super busy with assignments (which i have managed to finish by the grace & mercy of Him :D :D) and quizzies... so i didnt say anything about it...

went to college... had lots of laughs (that was b4 class started) In class... stoned and flew to Africa while Yue conquered Japan and was at Korea when Sab and i called her; planned for next week's mini picnic in comp class *muahahahahaha* (HEY! at least we paid attention to the lecturer k! :P)

then i went home (thanks girl for sending me home! *hugs*) and i saw some greens in the kitchen!! PANDAN LEAVES!!! (1 of the ingredients used to make the longan tau fu fah!!) Mommy knew wat's on my mind!!

answer: steadily peaking until mid of the week where it PLUNGED! :( but after hearing a bit of the song.. and finally getting a few articles on the topic of my assignment... i felt a lil better; hence the rise =)

the only part i could remember was getting 18/20 for my macro econs :D which is like all smiles for me cuz i have no interest in the subject (it's super boring!) however it's easy to understand la...*teehee*

Cuz my midterms does not consist only of Econs! my ethics paper seems to be goin down the drain.. :( and i have a no good antropology lecturer that is so fussy til i believe he cant even remember wat he fusses about which at the end of the day gets us into TROUBLE! *ARGH*

HOWEVER!!!

i'm holding on to the prayers i've received since the end of last year til... NOW la... :D

His favor is upon me!! I've seen His hand upon me since the day i started college...

Still remembered my 1st sem when ms Vila made a group of us do LAN and only LAN! and i had ppl tell me that to do LAN when i'm actually on a scholarship for a year is a WASTE of time bla bla bla..

BUT!! it was thru that class that a journey called FRIENDSHIP began! ;) i met...

ppl say pictures paint a thousand words... but i think no need so many la... just 3 words enough d...

and guess what!!! the LAN format changed after our sem! it got HARDER! muahahahaha! *oops* :P

then in our fall sem... we did chemistry... aihz... didnt get A... BUT!!! the format changed after our sem AGAIN! and... it got HARDER!!- they now have to write essays!! and all we had was MCQs and a lil calculations :D (i'm starting to sympathize those that came after us... but u guys can do it k! *hugs*) btw i got a B la.. so not that bad oni.. wakakakakka!

And not forgetting Public Speaking (still the reigning champion for the FUN-nest subject ever in ADP) we made our speeches in normal classroom settings.. but now... they have to do it on the stage!

well... after saying that.. it's undeniable that the standards are now higher.. and the experience others got mite be better...

but WHO CARES! i've been there, done my best and now MOVING ON with HIM leading my way! ;)

so to those that are emo-ing bout the situation u are goin thru now... dont be upset! cause the ones after you mite have a tougher time! *cheeks up!* know that God's in control of EVERYTHING! *hugs*
